All yeasted breads are made using dried yeast, honey and organic flour from Shipton Mill. Five Seed / Rustic Grain loaves have an addition of a special  mix.

Spelt Breads

Spelt flour is made from a grain that is easier to digest than wheat. All spelt loaves are made with organic flour.

Sourdough loaves are made with organic flour mainly from Shipton Mill or Scotland the Bread. The rye or wheat leaven is my own developed over the past few years and regularly refreshed and fed. There is no sugar or dried yeast in these sourdough loaves. 

Bread

From Scotland the Bread - Landrace Heritage Wheat (wholemeal) and Rye. Other flours used include Shipton Mill organic, Doves Farm etc

 

Although I try to make bread as often as I can, it may not be available everyday. Have a look in the cupboard and you can also order for pick up - it will have your name on it in the cupboard!

Please order your bread the night before as time is needed to prepare and bake your bread for you (longer needed for sourdough).

*made over 24 hours with a homemade sourdough starter, flour and water

All bread is made with organic flour

 

All bread is £4.00 per loaf (600g)
