Chutneys and Preserves
All chutneys and preserves are made with locally sourced or organic fruit and vegetables. This could be from my garden, Black Isle Berries at Tore or wherever I can find them. I tend to use a little less sugar than in standard recipes in preserves as I think it gives a better flavour. However, it can sometimes reduce the shelf life if you manage to leave it that long! Keep in the fridge once opened. All come in square glass jars and are £4.
